This volume lists members of the Granite Association spanning the period of approximately 1893 to 1950. Each entry is numbered and records the name and address of the member. Further information recorded is the reference to the Minute where their membership was approved, the date of admission and the publication of that admission (presumably to other members). The Roll also notes whether the member is a quarry owner, whether they are a member by representation or in their own right and the name of any adherent registered in virtue of membership (with reference to the roll of adherents). Finally, where a member leaves the Association there is a reference to the Minute authorising their removal from the Roll, the date of publication of that removal and a column for any other particulars.
At the back of the volume is a list by year of the Presidents and Committee members and Auditors of the Association from 1888 to 1917. This is again cross referenced to the Minutes of the Association.
