About MeHand-knitted wool, chenille and acrylic multicolour landscape coat with long wide and flaring sleeves. The coat illustrates superbly Kaffe's use of rich, yet subtle combination of colours. Through his unique sense of colour and a drive to create, combined with a desire to encourage others Kaffe gained the reputation of a guru within the world of textiles.

The coat was commissioned in 1979 by the Friends of Aberdeen Art Gallery and Museums after a similar coat had been on display in a Kaffe Fassett exhibition at the Art Gallery.
