About MeArtists' book printed on both sides of a long sheet of concertina-folded cream paper. There are three images of sundials and one of another artwork, all drawn by Michael Harvey, which were first published in Poetry Review (Volume 64, Number 2, Summer 1973). The book also contains an article about Ian Hamilton Finlay written by R. C. Kennedy, first published in Art International (Vol. XVII/3, March 1973), as well as a poem by Patrick Eyres dated June 1990 entitled "On Sundials". It was published by Longhouse in October 1990 as volume 4 of the Scout Series and edited by Alec Finlay of Morning Star Publications. The book is an edition of 400 copies; 30 of these were signed by Ian Hamilton Finlay.This work is part of an archive that belonged to Joyce Laing OBE. The artist, Ian Hamilton Finlay, was a personal friend of the donor.
