About MeBlack and white landscape photograph of four masons in an open shed with roof "doors".

The photograph is looking along the shed with the back wall on the left and the roof sloping down towards the right. The roof is supported by pillars on the right and has two rectangular holes to let in light. Along the wall are some shelves with tools, set squares and a jacket on pegs or hooks. Three men (all wearing trousers, long aprons to the waist, shirts, waistcoats and caps) are standing next to pieces of granite, in various stages of work with hand tools. A fourth man in similar clothing is standing next to the wall and holding round glasses on one hand.

Visible in the yard are some finished memorials.
