About MeThis man is using a granite surfacing machine or "dunter" to level a large piece of granite.

The pneumatic dunter is fitted with a four point chisel or pick which repeatedly strikes the granite to create a level surface. Notice the guard around the head of the dunter to protect the operator from flying stone chips.
