About MeCorrespondence from James McBey to Mrs. Bryce, dated 28 November 1912, and sent while aboard the 'Princess Juliana' ship. The letter is on two sheets, and original sketches are on two sides of one sheet, and are of waiters serving men, and of a cabin boy called "Djamalee".

Sometimes difficult to read (perhaps because of the ship in certain weath conditions), the letter is regarding more bad weather while on the ship, female passengers, a passanger heading for Tangier, and general events while on the ship.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this correspondence.
