About MeLetter from J. Harvey Loutit to James McBey, dated 11 November 1955. Loutit thanks McBey for his letter of 24 October, and also notes:

"The Hydro Electric Scheme spreads over the country and a month ago Electric Light was introduced into the Foveran Church and will be useful for heating purposes light would be of little use as the Church is never used at night, it might have been some use in the old days when we had the Old Soiree's (do you remember our pronounciation something like Siree and I used to get ticked off for calling it by such an awful name)"
