About MeThree parts of an article titled, "An Artist's Wanderings" written by James McBey, and originally printed in The Graphic on 21 January 1922. In the first section McBey gives an account of his journey on a pack mule for Tetuan to Tangier on treacherous ground; the second documents a visit to Holland, particularly Overschie; and the third discusses McBey's work as official War artist in Palestine.

The object consists of six pages, all removed from The Graphic. The article is kept within a portfolio of articles and cuttings that belonged to James McBey, which he kept because they were of interest.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this portfolio.
