About MeNewspaper cutting from John O'London's weekly, dated 27 February 1926, with article "Dipped in Gall: Famous Examples of the Art of the Rude Letter-Writing" on one side. The other has a section called "Letters to Gog and Magog: Sargent's Portraits."

The cutting is kept within a portfolio of articles and cuttings that belonged to James McBey, which he kept because they were of interest.

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this newspaper cutting.
