About MeTypewritten letter from Billy Rowallan to Marguerite McBey, dated 29 September 1969. In the letter Billy explains that he had now finished having his James McBey painting collection photographed, and was including these images now for Marguerite. He also apologises that the images are slightly too dark and says he will send on negatives shortly.

The letter was originally kept in a folder labelled "Rowallan's collection with sizes."

This object is part of an archive that belonged to Marguerite McBey. As a result of her generosity, Aberdeen Art Gallery holds the largest archive of James McBey's work, including prints, drawings, sketchbooks, oil paintings and memorabilia such as this reproduction.
