About MeCrocheted matinee jacket with scalloped edges and a cream woven ribbon threaded through the neckline, to tie in a bow at the front.

This jacket was made by the Matron of the new Aberdeen Maternity Hospital in 1937 for the first baby born there - Patricia Herbert on 2 December 1937.

The quaich presented to Patricia's mother Jessie is also in the collection along with a copy of the newspaper photograph of the event kept as a memento.
