Wooden and fabric bellows designed to stand on the floor with what is presumably a footplate to hold the bellows still whilst pumping. The bellows is operated via a metal frame with an attachment on the top. A corrugated tube extends from the top of the bellows where a large metal plate is screwed bearing the initials B.V.C. At the end of the tube is a wooden head with bristles around the hole.
Blue diamond label on both the wooden faces of the bellows reads:
