About MeThis ladies bathing costume has a deep v-shaped back and a modesty panel over the briefs. The stretchy fabric and metal strap adjusters help to provide a good fit.
Early bathing costumes were in a limited range of colours that were mostly dark to ensure the modesty of the wearer. However, from the 1930s onwards bathing cosutmes were made using new fabrics in brighter colours like this vibrant purple.
