About MeCarved oak chair heavily decorated with all sorts of blooms and beasties. The embossed leather seat has two winged figures on either side of a central roundel which has a dragon-like creature in the centre, breathing fire behind it. The back also has a central embossed leather panel patterned with a decoration of vines and fruit and surrounded by carved foliate designs. A pair of carved lions sit on top of the back rail and single abstract flowers are carved on the twisted side splats and stretchers.17th century
