About MePublicity leaflet describing the Murchison project from conception through to installation in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf. It was the fifteenth offshore field to come on stream, after the Argyll Field (300km East of Edinburgh) pumped the first oil in 1975.
Murchison was one of the largest and most productive fields and straddled the UK/Norwegian zones. Murchison ended production in 2014 and dismantled over a campaign lasting several years.
