Sunk when en route from Penarth to Rouen with a cargo of coal. Left St. Helen's Roads Isle of Wight on 6 December joining outward bound escorted convoy when attacked some 30miles south of St. Catherine's Point. 11 of the crew were killed, 3 rescued and taken to Le Havre by tug.

Note: Engine: 600 h.p. triple expansion steam.
