Named for William Hannam (21), born Calne, Wiltshire, Ordinary Seaman, HMS VICTORY.
11/1918: Launched. Admiralty No. 4206.
20/02/1919: Completed as a fishing vessel.
04/10/1939: Employed carrying bunker coal from the Forth to Aberdeen.
1952: Converted to motor. M.A.N. 4 stroke, single acting, 6-cylinder, 300 b.h.p., built 1938.
09/04/1957: Foundered off Kiberg, north east coast of Norway.

Engine details: Steam by screw, inverted, surface condensing, triple expansion engine, 12½” x 21” x 35” with 26” stroke, 87 RHP by Fawcett, Preston & Co. Ltd., Liverpool.
