Montrose 11 Jan. - On the evening of the 6th inst. and throughout the next day, it blew a hurricane from WNW, during which, while the MARMION, Chambers, was taking the River, she missed stays, and went amongst the rocks, but was got off on the evening of the 8th, apparently without much damage.
