At LLOYD’S ROOM, CITY OF LONDON TAVERN, BISHOPSGATE-STREET, On TUESDAY, July 31, at Half-past Two, (Unless previously disposed of private contract.) THE good Brig ABERDEENSHIRE, of Whitby, 240 tons per register (O.M.); stands in Lloyd Register of Shipping, built Aberdeen, in 1825; is a firm and substantial vessel, carries a large cargo, abundantly found in stores, and is well adapted to the coal and Baltic trades. TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, at the "Black Horse Inn", Cookson's Quay, South Shields, on Tuesday, Dec., 23rd, 1862, at Seven o'Clock in the Evening (unless disposed of by Private Contract, of which due notice will be given) Mr John Nicholson, Auctioneer, all that useful Brig ABERDEENSHIRE, of Whitby, built at Aberdeen in the Year 1825, has had large and extensive repairs, carries 425 tons of Coals at 15 feet 9 inches Water, shifts without and takes little ballast, and can be sent to sea without expense except provisions. She is now lying in the Tier below the Market Place Ferry, South Shields. For further particulars apply to Captain Wood, on board; Messers Collier and Thompson, brokers, Newcastle; or the Auctioneer, No. 2, Church Row. The Vessel will be laid on shore, the Day previous to the Day of Sale, for Inspection.
