About MeIn 2008, artist Jacques Coetzer undertook an art project to create a new identity for the town of Huntly, Aberdeenshire. The culmination of his work, Room to Roam, is a video portrait featuring 27 people, mostly from the town of Huntly, singing the song "Room to Roam" with Mike Scott of the Scottish band The Waterboys. The lyrics are taken from a poem of the same name by the nineteenth-century Huntly-born writer George MacDonald.

Jacques Coetzer was born in Kimberley, South Africa in 1968 and currently works in the Western Cape. Focusing primarily on new media, Coetzer's work has been exhibited throughout South Africa and Europe.
