About MePhotograph of the Royal Yacht Britannia passing drilling rig Ocean Kokuei, built by Mitsubishi's Eba Okimachi shipyard in Hiroshima in 1973 and towed out to North Sea to work for Burmah Oil, later acquired by BP Amoco. Ocean Kokuei was later renamed Ocean Quest. In 2020 it was still operational and drilling for hydrocarbons. Britannia by contrast was retired in 1997 and is now a tourist attaction in Leith Dock.
