About MeThe energy we need has its costs: financial, environmental and human. This image depicts loss and suffering of ordinary people whose lives have been impacted by injury and loss in the energy business. Taylor was intimately involved in the memorial for Piper Alpha, partially as a result of her having visited the platform a few months before the incident, and being known to many of the survivors. This work was one of her early attempts to convey her emotions about the tragedy.
