Dear Miss Phillips
I meant to call on you yesterday but met Mrs Webster in the 'Economic' who told me she was expecting to see you there. I then lost Sight of her & tho’ I lingered for some time did not succeed in finding her again or you.
I shall call at the Journal Office tomorrow about 12 on the chance of seeing you. If you can't be there then will you kindly leave a message & suggest some other time? I think the sooner we have a meeting the better. I have a proposal to say before the meeting from Mrs Macdonald.
Yrs very truly
Agnes M Ramsay
