About MeBill Gibb studied fashion at St Martin's School of Art in London and at the Royal College of Art. He received a nomination as Vogue magazine's Designer of the Year in 1970. This dress designed by Bill Gibb features a Liberty pattern called Kazak designed by Collier Campbell (sisters Susan Collier and Sarah Campbell).
