About MeFor his first solo collection of 1972 Bill Gibb collaborated with the artist Sally MacLauchlan who screen-printed the silver chrysanthemum, foliage and bee motifs onto the leather. The effect of the highly decorative design in silver on the rich chestnut leather background is striking. Gibb's attention to detail is further demonstrated by the chrysanthemum buttons that he has chosen to finish the piece.
