About MeThis is a study for the first completed fresco in the Queen's Robing Room at Westminster.Dyce has based the vision of Sir Galahad on a traditional Christ in Majesty scene. The Evangelists and their symbols flank Christ who is the central focal point. Sir Galahad, the knight chosen to receive the Holy Grail, has fallen to his knees in religious awe, his arms open, welcoming Christ. To the right of the altar stands Sir Percival, his sister and Sir Bors. All three figures are dramatic in pose, mouths agape, their hands raised in prayer.
