About MeOf typical form with two long half tube scoop bowls of different depths joined at elongated diamond central joint. Marrow scoops were employed to extract the bone marrow from meat bones, a delicacy prized as a healthy luxury. The smaller part of the scoop was for rib bones and the larger for leg bones.
