About MeBoy's black leather ankle boots with a reinforced toe, heavy leather sole with rows of metal studs and a metal edged heel.

These boots were found in Seaton Primary School in Aberdeen, which was founded in the 1930s to accomodate the rehoused slim in the area. They are marked on the sole with the 'CC41' utility mark and are of the type distributed by the council to poor children. The double punch on each boot was made to prevent them being pawned or sold.
