Riga September 30 - The COMMODORE (brig), Clark, from Reval to the East coast of Scotland, with flax, on shore on Domesnaess, is full of water, and a wreck. Her cargo is quite spoiled, but the authorities are getting on shore what they can of it, which will sold by auction.
