About MeTheo van Rijsselberghe (1826-1926) was a Belgian painter who was a founder member of Les XX in 1883. He moved to France and as well as being a friend of Seurat, who influenced his early work, was intimate with other Impressionists such as Pissarro and the Nabis artists including Vuillard.
