About MeDavid Wood, A142, was one of the many motor trawlers introduced in the 1950s when Aberdeen's trawling fleet was renewed and modernised. It was built at John Lewis in 1957 and was owned throughout its fishing career by the Minerva Fishing Co, Ltd. David Wood was scrapped in the late 1970s.
