About MeMr McRobb was unofficial company historian for the North of Scotland & Orkney & Shetland Steam Navigation Company. He wrote a book on the company and gave lectures on various topics. He collected a range of material including photographs, postcards, brochures, calendars and posters. Following his death in 1998, his collection was donated to Aberdeen Maritime Museum in 1999 by his widow Mrs Maureen McRobb.
