General History:
On ABERDEEN MERCHANT'S maiden voyage, which was a 5-day trip to Faroe, she landed 500 boxes under the command of Alex Elder.
ABERDEEN MERCHANT was towed to scrapyard in Bo'ness in 1971. The engine of ABERDEEN MERCHANT was removed prior to be towed to scrapyard in Aberdeen to be reallocated to the stern trawler CLARKWOOD.
