About MeTwo pieces of hole-punched card tied together with a loop of cream wool, printed on the facing pages with four black and white photographic images and accompanying poems. The four image/poem pairs are entitled "Neo-neo", "Homage to Vuillard", "Camouflage" and "Development 1" and the images are, respectively, stacks of sugar cubes on a blanket, a toy plane poised to take off from an ironing board, a toy gunship on an "ocean" of tin foil and what appears to be a toy weapon of some description on a blanket. This work is part of an archive that belonged to Joyce Laing, OBE. The artist, Ian Hamilton Finlay, was a personal friend and sent her an example of each new poem print and multiple as it was made.
