About MeThis wedding headdress was bought in early 1967 at 'The Wedding Bell', a wedding accessory and clothing boutique on Schoolhill, Aberdeen. Although the bride chose an unconventional flouncy, Victorian-style dress for her wedding, the headdress is very much in-line with 1960s fashions, being small, round and sitting just on top of the head.
The wedding took place in June 1967 at the former East Belmont Church, now known as the Triple Kirks, in Aberdeen.
