Dear Miss Phillips,
On Sat after I had written you, I got a telegram from Mrs. B. Greig in London, saying, "Go to Aberdeen if possible". On the strength of that I booked right through to Aberdeen from Edinburgh, breaking my journey here. Now comes your PC., its rather distracting and I don't quite know what to do. Have you had any later word from her? I will await further instructions from you, please write to this address. If I do go, I will not leave here till 1.35 to-morrow. Hoping you will get this in time.
Yours in haste
Amy Sanderson
