About MeHandwritten letter on blue lined paper, written by George Sangster detailing his background and the costs of building the property, dated April 3rd 1882. Part of a time capsule recovered from tenement block at 34 St Clair Street during its demolition in October 1986. The capsule was seemingly created by George Sangster, founder of the Bon-Accord Pneumatic Tool Co.
