About MeThis coat has been cleverly cut to feature what seems like a full skirt and fashionable padded shoulders. The decorative panels on the front make an otherwise A-line skirt look fuller and the collarless neckline saves on fabric. This coat is cut in the 'New Look' style which was introduced while Utility Scheme restrictions were still in force in Britain.
