About MeThese elbow-length pink suede gloves were worn by an Aberdeen bride at her wedding in Singapore, in 1931. They have three pearlised buttons on the inside of the wrist. They were made by Elaine Gloves, in France. The gloves reflect all the romance and glamour of 1930s wedding fashion. During this time, wedding dresses and accessories were often made to look elegant and inventive, a trend established by the bridalwear worn by the newly established film stars.
