About MeThis charger has a deep rim decorated with a blue border, floral swags and Greek urn vignettes. There is a hand-painted central harbour scene depicting a castle, boats and men offloading cargo and carrying packs. The first Meissen porcelain wares decorated with harbour scenes were made in about 1724.
