About MeAndrew Hill was born in 1964 in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. He works in raku, firing his pots in brackens, ferns and sawdust, which create the mottled glaze effects and make the vibrant colours contrast with the blackened body of the pot. the influence of Eastern ceramics can be seen in this vase which is typical of his work.
