About MeThe triple semi-circle pattern repeated into a continuous band, can be seen on the upper and mid-body of some cloisonné pieces such as the footed bowl, often separating two types of motifs. It is symbolic and represents the Chinese Imperial sceptre's head, which in turn represents a sacred fungus, strongly associated with long life and immortality.
