About MeDecorated in Pre-Raphaelite style this vase depicts a frieze of female creatures (almost angel like) beneath a tiled roof and surrounded with yellow tulips and orange trees. The design is the work of F A Rhead who worked with a number of potteries. This style of pottery decoration, with its references to Pre Raphaelite ideas was very popular in the late 19th and early 20th century.
