About MeThis cast is of the Dexileos Stele, a gravestone at the Kerameikos cemetery (Street of the Tombs), now in the Kerameikos Museum, Athens.

The inscription relates how it was erected for the young warrior named Dexileos, son of Lysanias, who fell in the Battle of Corinth (B.C. 394):

Dexileos son of Lysanias, from Thorikos.
Born in the time of the Archon Teisandros,
died during the time of Eubolides
in Corinth as one of the five horsemen.

Dexileos on his horse is shown attacking an enemy. Probably what is missing is the spear of Dexileos.
