About MeA sunny day in the North sea with the semi submersible drilling rig Sedneth 701.
Sedneth was built in Canada in 1973 for work in deep waters and to drill to a depth of 8,000 metres. The rig worked in the North Sea into the late 1980's when it was contracted to work off West Africa. In 2014 it suffered a major fire off Nigeria and subsequently scrapped in Turkey 2016.
