About MeThis woodcut is not signed or dated but is clearly by the same artist who excecuted ABDAG 7464 and may even be based on at least one shared woodblock. The two prints are mounted together. Printers often experimented with colour harmonies, using altered blocks on top of the same print.

Mirror of the Ages is considered one of Chikanobu's greatest series and shows Japanese women's fashions throughout history. The Jokyo era was from 1684-88.
