About MeA method of internal fixation the Rush Pin or Rod was designed by the brothers Leslie and Lowry Rush (of Meridan Missisippi). The brothers had been unhappy with existing methods. It is sometimes used for fibular shaft fractures, and occasionally in other tubular bones as well.
