About MeMiss Mary Millais (1860-1944) was the fourth child of John Everett Millais. Here she is resting after a tennis match in a cane chair at Torwood, Perthshire - a house the family rented. The family enjoyed outdoor pursuits and her father played tennis as early as 1876.
