About MeThis neckpiece is one of a small collection of body adornment demonstrating the joint research of the twomakers into new technology.

The collaboration between Keith and Morris looked into metal techniques applied to textile structures. They have specifically worked here with Electroforming replicates sculptural shapes with partial or minimal layers of fine silver, combining potential combinations of soft and hard forms. Thus the organic and richly textural forms of the decorative element of this necklace which could not have been achieved working in precious metals alone.

This is an electroformed silver necklace. The process involves a textile structure painted with a sealant, then a conductive paint, and dipped in a silver solution.
