About MeTemplate of a cube printed on a sheet of folded red card. Markings for a sundial are printed on the cube, as is the motto "I Only Know What is Just." Text below the template explains that the motto is taken from Saint-Just's Republican Institutions and that the work is a collaboration with Iain Calder-Stewart.

This work is part of an archive that belonged to Joyce Laing OBE. The artist, Ian Hamilton Finlay, was a personal friend and sent her an example of each new poem print and multiple as it was made.
More About Me
Finlay was also a poet and lots of his art uses words, where the fonts and type-setting contribute to the overall effect.
